A Proud New History of Achievement

In every issue of the YTJournal, we will be featuring some of our best success stories from our most recent initiatives.

This month, we shine a spotlight on Concentrix (formerly Webhelp), Repzo, and Crystel.

Find out how these companies were able to leverage YTJ’s help in order to excel in their business ventures.

Repzo

Concentrix

Watch as Razan AlMasri, Associate Director of People Solutions at Concentrix, relates her company’s employee growth over the last two years, with new joiners from all over Jordan—Amman, Madaba, Zarqa, and Irbid.

Concentrix was able to achieve over 25% growth in headcount—176 new employees, to be precise, a great percentage of whom are women. They were able to achieve this growth thanks to YTJ’s talent incentive, which subsidizes up to half of new employee salaries for the first 6 months of their employment.

The company also managed to open up a new office in Irbid with YTJ’s market expansion incentive, where companies are offered up to $100,000 in expense-matching from the project.

Crystel

Wesam Al-Issa, Human Resources Director of Crystel, tells us about the two incentives his company has benefited from since the inception of the YTJ project.

The first is the talent incentive, where Crystel have been fortunate to hire Jordanians from all parts of the Kingdom. This is just one of the steps YTJ is taking to ensure the creation of 10,000 new jobs in the digital sphere by the end of the project.

The second is the market expansion grant, which has helped Crystel both obtain new clients from outside the Kingdom, as well as expand into new governorates, in areas such as Zarqa, Balqa, and Madaba.

Repzo

Watch as Hassan Atmeh, Founder & CEO of Repzo, shares his company’s use of YTJ’s market expansion grant to scale his business, opening a new branch in Saudi Arabia.

Repzo was also able to expand their operations regionally, in both Iraq and Egypt.
